Integrating life sciences and computer science, we use algorithms, data analysis and modeling to study the operating principles of complex biological systems, such as molecular dynamics simulation, molecular docking, protein drug target screening, and protein flexibility prediction.

蛋白质结构分析
Protein Structure Analysis

研究蛋白质结构、构象变化与功能关系,关注于蛋白质结构分析、二级结构分析、蛋白柔性分析、蛋白-蛋白对接。我们还开发了Flextrimmer工具进行多模态蛋白柔性片段分析工具和rosetta对接套件。

We study protein structure, conformational changes and their relationship to function, focusing on protein structure analysis, secondary structure analysis, protein flexibility analysis, and protein-protein docking. We have also developed the Flextrimmer tool for multimodal flexible fragment analysis and the Rosetta docking suite.
